Hello everybody, I bought on August 8 17 mining packs, the next day on August 9 I had only 11 packs in my account, 6 packs simply disappeared, the money for the packs did not return I am writing from the 9th to the mail, almost 2 weeks have passed and I do not receive any answer

That`s pretty good for sure, but what we really want is the marketplace for currency appreciation and more game advancement, bug fixes, less server crashes and so on. I hope the marketplace comes out soon tomorrow, the longer it takes the worse it will be.
