So I just bought my first ever Apple product.
I resisted Procreate forever, but did one painting with it and was lost to the magic of digital. In my experience, Photoshop is far easier to use on a desktop. The iPad version of it isn`t the same at all, but your mileage may vary.
If nothing else, it might mean that in 2 or 3 years you find yourself with a bigger, snazzier pro model
Just love reading the comments. Some folk feel very strongly. I never had any apple products until I worked for apple, then I got the first gen iPad Air (which had just come out, then), and just before I left to work abroad again, I got a MacBook Pro 13 with staff discount

I have both. And yes, an iPad is very useful, Im using mine now. I use it to go online, read books, write, watch my streaming services in bed, draw

apple is too expensive because of import fees plus taxes so we love android

Haha, yes. The ability to recognize tilt also makes for natural brush strokes.
Yes, it makes quite a difference. It made my transition from paper and canvas to digital much easier. I can only say good things about the Air 3, I upgraded to one earlier in the year and it is so good.
The true colour of the screen is great and I like the slight texture to the screen. The stylus sensitivity still surprises me. I also like how it is not a touchscreen, so I cannot accidentally alter something without the stylus.
Why would you do that to yourself?

How do you find it for that purpose? I use a Kamvas Pro for drawing.
I also only have one Apple product and that`s my iPad because I thought it would motivate me to draw more (it didn`t ) but I love it to bits. It`s good for watching Netflix

iPads are just amazingly useful for artistic things, man. I feel your pain. I don`t even draw, but I mark up writinglike I would with pencil, make gif animations and drawings, etc. Nothing else like it. Also comics look amazing on it.

Lol. I used to feel the same way. But once I got past the PR and the users, I found a product that just works. ALL THE TIME. Ill never go back to droid/PC. What product did you buy?
They are overpriced but.. I love them. Just not for gaming, haha. Everything communicates with each other, is intuitive, and it just worksno blue screen of death or viruses.
