Samsung reports record Q3 operating profit of $9.6 billion!October 25, 2013, 11:06 am Samsung`s march to the top of the industry continues. The Korean manufacturer`s earnings for the third quarter are massive. 2013`s Q3 represented a record-high in cash-flow for the company, reaching at about $9.6 billion, or 10.16 trillion won . A large portion of those impressive figures come from cheaper Galaxy handhelds and memory chips (both RAM and Flash) where Samsung is a world-leader.The operational profits are now double than last years figures, a very impressive thing indeed! Interestingly, Samsung has managed to find its way on-board products of even its competitors, and this is not a small thing.So, what this means in effect is that there is a cash-flow to the Korean giant, either when someone`s buying a Samsung product or a competitor`s one (like Apple`s, for example)... |
