That`s not phone advertising, they can use whatever they want for the device, they are showing off the apps and services.
Remember this They have a non punch hole phone tho. These aren`t phone commercials tho. From the photos looks like ads for apps. Which is partially fine.
The double standards are real! If Samsung does it, its completely fine. But, when Apple does it.. Its a death sentence. I remember this was a lawsuit for some lady not realizing her iPhone had a notch due to the marketing wallpaper hiding the notch. But NO, Samsung is fine..
THAT . IS . NOT . OKAY You can see in the second image they didn`t just remove the punch hole, they removed the chin entirely, editing isn`t professional at all as you can see. Samsung The people that make chips are not related to the ones that make the phones, so they don`t care about it`s appearance
Think of it like LG display they are not LG they make the panels for LG but for other companies too so yeah while it`s not the best it`s not dumb
