Sony gives concurrent users when discussing PS+ and PS Now, which is why the numbers fluctuate. Xbox only gives totals, not concurrent, which is why their numbers conveniently go up. 23 million have only tried GamePass at some point; active subs could literally be only 1 million

Yeah, they don`t allow you to play upgraded versions of the games or they only have the PS4 versions available, like Judgement.
