Ive become such a big fan of Im using it for everything. Work (meeting notes, project information, CRM, HR), personal notes, courses Im taking, book notes, everything.
Oh also its incredible what you can do with tables and formulas, I just recently started doing more of this. Eg my home has a table which always displays my morning page (from The Artist Way), my habit/gratefulness page for that day then the weekly tracker.
Notion is great. But I prefer Apple Notes to run my life. Its super fast. The one pain point Apple Notes has is that you cant do much with it on Windows/Android.

I prefer because of speed and this pure markdown approach that makes it very flexible for all kinds of text processing. Also there are great Plugins, like Anki card link for learning content etc.
Re using it for HR, I think it can be used for a 9 Box Talent Matrix. Free template in description. Agree! I use Notion to keep a wealth of notes, resources, etc. I`ve found using gallery view with tags is especially helpful for quotes. Templates really steps it up, especially as you get your flow down. I have ones for daily gratefulness tracking, quarterly goal setting, weekly habits, house projects, CFPs, project ideas, and checklists eg, pre-half marathon todo, pre-blog post publishing and so much more.
I have been using Notion to take notes. Its been amazing so far, except it doesnt have any support for Apple Pencil on the iPad. I still resort to using Notability to hand annotate blogs/papers I read on the Internet.

Recently used it for step by step notes on a recent build. I don`t think I could work without it anymore.

+1. I was a HUGE fan of Evernote. Enough to buy their laptop bag. But after I bulk imported everything into Notion, I never looked back. Notion`s got plenty of annoyances, but it`s so good on the whole.

If only they prioritised end-to-end encryption. That`s all I really want from a digital notebook. Until then, it`s all the way.
I used to be such a big Onenote fan but their lack of Markdown support or even the ability to insert blocks of code with syntax highlighting pushed me to Notion
Has it replaced Basecamp for your business?
My whole LIFE is on Notion. Just hoping that they keep the lights on and make service interruptions almost inexistant (an offline version would be great too)

I just cannot get myself to use it consistently. Theres something about a journal I cant separate myself from. As much as I know Ill love the flow if I just hammer it into myself.
