For The Sims 5 we HAVE to normalize having more packs included in the base game! Pets and Seasons is the minimum to have in base game because like its a life simulation? Wherever you life there is some kind of weather or animals. Some parts or Generations/Parenthood should -

I`m all for weather, but I`m not so sure about pets. I would rather see appartments and university in base game
to be honest i really need the stylus of sims 3 pack and the funny and random of 2 and 1, because that is really the sims, i dont know how to explain but, the energy and the smeel, nostalgic vibes. i want see the expansion pack and feel like its really a big expanded for my game+
This, weather is a apart of daily life so why isnt it in the base game. As for pets cats, dogs, small pets should be their and horses and other farm type animals could be in another pack.
Of course it would be better but im just saying, i like the hype before a new pack release so i personally dont mind paying more just to feel that little yayyyy moment, if that makes sense

Tbh i like how they include weather,pets,etc in later packs. I like the excitement of the announcement trailers and then purchasing them each, separately.
YES! I hope we get basic weather (wind, rain, heatwave and snow), cats/dogs in the base game and then a pets pack brings more animals and a seasons pack brings more extreme weather and actual seasons
