Finally Samsung overtakes iPhone in phonebuff`s speed test! SamsungOctober 4, 2022, 3:18 am Finally Samsung overtakes iPhone in phonebuffs speed test! Samsung did great, has come a long way to where they have reached interns of optimisation What do you folks say ? iPhone 14 Pro Max vs. Galaxy Z Fold 4 Speed Test! via If you look at previous years "tests" the Galaxy ALWAYS beat the iPhone until that ONE app where they do the rendering which always allowed the iPhone to catch up. I`ve seen the Galaxy lead by as much as 2 apps until it came to that rendering app. Surprised to see the fold do it I noticed he had to swipe twice to close games, that`s extra time and the Z Fold still beat it? Judging phone over by speedtest in meaningless nowadays. Speedtests depends on software + animations. Bro, it only did become of iOS 16 and those apps probably havent been updated. The 13PM kept all apps open in his test. The 14 Pro models have faster 6GB ram. Ram management is not speed test lol! In Lap 1 that it`s a speed tea iPhone already beat Samsung Yep. Even my 13 Pro NEVER EVER dropped a frame while playing no matter what. It was so frickin smooth lol. Can only imagine how great the 14 series would be. Ah, makes sense bro. Apps opening we can judge a phone perfomance today all chip are fast enough to open apps as fast as flagship even midrange... Also animation diff matters and in all simple tasks chip will use its low perfomance core only in games rendring exporting we can see the real diff I think this kind of speed tests is flawed. Speed/performance can`t be measured this way these days. Chipsets have gotten very popular over the last few years. The real performance issues happen while gaming, rendering, or anything intensive. And the Bionic really slays there I say Samsung should hurry up and bring OneUI 5.0 to all the compatible devices and to optimize the poorly fabricated chipsets |
