Finally committing to find the time to meditate beforeJanuary 24, 2021, 3:21 pm Finally committing to find the time to meditate before work each day What would you recommend? FitMind is a game changer so you arent reliant on some app I like Oak Meditation. Its free & has simple meditation & breathing exercises. IMO no need for the complexity of other apps. iOS only though. Running / Working out with The voice only workouts are amazing for clearing the mind. Been doing Art of Living stuff. Been great. Couldn`t get into the apps for some reason. Sam Harris` app is great! I also tried Headspace and it wasn`t close Go outside and walk GGP Ive been using the Peloton ones (mainly to sleep before bed) Other: Set a timer or an incense stick. Why do people need apps for the most simplest low maintenance things in life like bikeriding and meditating. No offense intended but what a weird world! Whatever your willing to do. A bit less directed than Calm and HS, but I prefer Once you find a few teachers that you like, it`s great. I dont mediate, but I pray. Doesnt have to be religious, I just pray one by one, for three people in my life to have a great day. Different people every day. Not sure how much this helps, but there it is For sure Because it is by Go slower than you think. Most people just run too fast then hate it. Running instead! It`s pure meditation. |
