Can you think of any electronic games that youJanuary 23, 2021, 10:37 pm Can you think of any electronic games that you played during your youth that are no longer available to play without either using an old device that still has that software installed or violating copyright law? Does the original release of Flappy Bird fit this description? Other than some old games on my old iPod that no longer work on newer ios, the only other instances I can think of are some of the backyard sports games, an old monopoly computer game (95 I think?), and the PT playable teaser that was removed from the PlayStation store. The Lost Vikings SNES. I loved that game. No games specifically come to my mind that fit that description, but online only games have brought about an even worse issue, "Games that can no longer be played at all"(without modifying the game and setting up your own servers) Nice thing about PC is that a lot of older games get ported over does "flappy bird fit this description?". Contrary to all the people that tried to sell their phones on ebay, no. The flappy bird apk can be found on the internet and installed on any android device and since it was free that doesn`t violate copyright in any way I am aware. Tiger handhelds...but not much drive to replay those Two things. Land grabbers and a comic book reader app... Id have to dig up my iPad 2 to remember the name of it. The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition You either had to download it on the DSiWare eShop between 2011-2012 or the 3DS eShop between January 30, 2014 - February 2, 2014. |
