Android OS is just a copy of iOS in the sense its operated via a touch interface (it was originally meant to use a hardware keyboard like Blackberry) - so TBF to Samsung it would be quite difficult to design it any other way
iPhone uses Samsung parts. Samsung uses 0% of Apple parts. So this is just a BS statement. The first Galaxy S was nothing like iPhone 4, they didn`t look same at all. Also Samsung was making cell phones long time before Apple.

Im glad they did, Apple wouldve never made a big iPhone if not for the success of the Note. If iPhones had stayed at the size of the 5S then itd be GGs for Apple and I personally wouldve never bought one. My 13 Pro Max wouldnt exist without giant android phones.
Design wise, yeah definitely. The iPhone 6 and the galaxy from the same year are like twins from the outside but one had an elongated button while the other had a round home button.
